You’re already stronger than you think you are
You don’t have to figure this out on your own
I’m here for you
The journey to motherhood isn't always straightforward. Whether conception didn’t go as planned, you experienced the heartbreak of pregnancy loss, your birthing experience didn’t match your hopes, or motherhood has presented unexpected challenges, I’m here for you.
I provide a safe and supportive space to help you process your feelings and experiences. My specialized therapy services are tailored to address the unique emotional and psychological needs that come with navigating the complexities of fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Our sessions will focus on what you feel is most helpful to explore using a combination of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Brainspotting.
Together, we’ll work through your emotions, help you find healing, and empower you to move forward toward a more rewarding and fulfilling life. You don't have to navigate this journey alone. Reach out to me today to take the first step toward healing and growth.
